Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) Mechanism
RPL for the Retail industry launched in 1 December 2014. VTC is appointed as the assessment agency for the Retail industry until 30 November 2024. There are altogether 40 QF level 1 to level 4 RPL qualifications covering the following 7 areas for the application of practitioners:
- Customer Services
- Human Resource Management & Development
- Information Technology
- Merchandising and Supply Chain Management
- Sales and Marketing
- Store Operation
- Strategic Management

Applications period for the Award Scheme (2024) commences on 15 March 2024 and ends on 31 May 2024.
