Cross-industry Consultation cum Sharing Session on Specification of Generic Competencies (SGC) on Communication Skills

The Qualifications Framework Secretariat organized a Cross-industry Consultation cum Sharing Session on Specification of Generic Competencies (SGC) on Communication Skills on 6 November 2024.  The professional writer and the representative from Qualifications Framework Secretariat introduced the content and applicability of the draft SGC. Three guest speakers shared their experiences and perspectives on the potential application of the SGC on Communication Skills in talent development and course design from the viewpoints of training providers and employers.  Over 130 employers, human resources personnel and representatives of training providers attended the event.
