QF in Action Sharing Session

The Qualifications Framework Secretariat held the 「職學聯通 躍動實踐」 QFIA Sharing Session on March 17, 2026. Ms. Candy LAU, JP, Deputy Secretary for Education, served as the Guest of Honour and kicked off the Sharing Session together with Dr. Daniel YIP, BBS, JP, Chairman of the Steering Committee on Promotion of VPET and the QF, Mr. Albert CHOW, Chief Executive Officer of the Hong Kong Council for Accreditation of Academic and Vocational Qualifications and Mr. Steve LAI, General Manager of the Qualifications Framework Secretariat.

Over 200 participants, including representatives from government departments, enterprises and practitioners across various industries, education and training providers, and school sector. Guest speakers shared insights and experiences on the development and benefits of QFIA projects, as well as the flexible applications of the QF, across three key themes: “Government-driven: Cultivating a Culture of Lifelong Learning,” “School-Enterprise Partnership: Achieving Diverse Development,” and “Industry Applications of QF: Enhancing Talent Effectiveness.” The event also featured display boards highlighting the diverse and innovative QFIA projects of past QFIA Achievers and Partners.
