As one of the world’s top exporters of jewellery in terms of export value, Hong Kong has enjoyed stable growth in export volume. The Education Bureau assists the jewellery industry in the establishment of QF to promote continuing education and lifelong learning with a view to enhancing the manpower development and the competitiveness of the industry.
