The VQP developed by the HRM CITAC covers the following areas and related job position requirements:
- Human Resource Generalist;
- Specialist in Talent Management; and
- Specialist in Workforce Planning and Resourcing.
Education and training providers are welcome to design VQP courses which are fully-matched with the requirements of the job roles, or as specified by the industry.
