We are delighted to share that the seminar, Cultivating a Learning Culture to Enhance Employee Engagement, organised by HRM CITAC with the support of MP HR, was successfully held on 22 April 2026 at HKPC. The seminar attracted over 280 HR professionals, reflecting the strong industry interest in building sustainable learning cultures within organisations.
Four distinguished speakers shared invaluable insights across key topics — from reshaping learning culture and leadership in the age of AI, to designing impactful learning journeys through an organisational psychology lens. The event also featured practical case studies from Hong Yip Services Company Limited and Asia Airfrieght Terminal Co., Ltd, showcasing how organisations have leveraged QF to standardise learning pathways and enhance employee engagement.
The seminar received overwhelmingly positive feedback from participants.
