Get To Know Catering industry with QF:Catering QF InFUNity 2026
Catering Industry Training Advisory Committee organised several rounds of experiential activities from April to July 2026, including “tours around different F&B facilities of a hotel”, “the principles of occupational safety and food hygiene” and “the basic techniques used in F&B processing”. Under the guidance of the instructors, students enjoyed first-hand experiences in making either Chinese dim sum (siu mai) or French dessert (puff), or coffee-based drinks. The instructors also introduced QF and the latest developments of the catering industry to assist students with career planning and answered their queries.
