Get To Know Catering industry with QF：Catering QF InFUNity

On 8 May 2025, Catering Industry Training Advisory Committee organised the first round of experiential activities in this school year, including “introduction of the professional skills and knowledge required by the Catering industry”, “tour around different F&B facilities of a hotel”, “the principles of occupational safety and food hygiene” and “the basic techniques used in F&B processing”. Under the guidance of the instructors, students enjoyed first-hand experiences in making Chinese dim sum (fried buns). The instructors also introduced QF and the latest developments of the catering industry to assist students for career planning and answered their queries.
