Introduction on the Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) for Western Cuisine

In February 2023, the Qualifications Framework Secretariat (QFS) was invited to attend the events and committee meetings of several trade unions, including Chinese & Western Food Workers Union (9 Feb), FLU Catering Industry Committee (16 Feb), Hotels, Food and Beverage Employees Association (21 Feb), and Association of Professional Personnel (Hotels, Food & Beverage) (22 Feb). The QFS introduced the newly launched RPL for Western Cuisine and the designated support scheme to the union members and practitioners.
