Consultation Session on the SCS (2.0) for the Retail Industry (30.3.2023)

The Retail Industry Training Advisory Committee (ITAC) and the Qualifications Framework Secretariat (QFS) jointly organized an industry consultation on the Specification of Competency Standards (SCS) (2.0) for the Retail industry on 30 March 2023. Besides introducing the updated contents of SCS 2.0 and the consultation details by the professional writer and the QFS representative, guest speaker from Hong Kong Productivity Council Academy was invited to share the experiences of applying SCS in the areas of HR development and training.
