Specification of Competency Standards (SCS)
The Industry Training Advisory Committee (ITAC) for the Testing, Inspection and Certification (TIC) industry developed the Specification of Competency Standards (SCS) for the industry in 2013. The TIC SCS covers the competency requirements and performance criteria under seven functional areas in the industry with a total number of 242 UoCs developed.
