Get To Know Publishing industry with QF: Maximize your Creativity

Printing & Publishing Industry Training Advisory Committee organised two “Maximize your Creativity” workshops on 18 and 24 January 2019. The workshops enabled students to learn the basic concept of publishing, editing, design and production process of a book. The students also visited a bookshop to understand the distribution chain and business of the bookshop. In the workshop of editing, the group of students who presented the best proposal for a book were selected by the instructors and were given an opportunity to further edit their book after the activity. The book would be published with support from the Hong Kong Publishing Professionals Society.
