Recognition of Prior Learning
RPL for the Property Management industry launched in 15 March 2011. VTC is appointed as the assessment agency for the Property Management Industry until 2026 and the collaborating organization is the Hong Kong Association of Property Management Companies Limited. There are altogether 14 Clusters of Units of Competency covering 7 areas of expertise for the Property Management industry including :
- Security Operational Work
- Cleaning Work
- Gardening Work
- Building Repair and Maintenance
- Customer Services
- Leasing Services
- Club House Services
