Online Consultation Session for the Specification of Competency Standards (SCS) (Draft of Second Version) for Property Management Industry

The online consultation session on the SCS (Draft of Second Version) for Property Management Industry was held on 25 June 2021 to gauge views from different stakeholders on the Draft. Over 100 participants joined the online consultation session. The Chairman of the Property Management Industry Training Advisory Committee (ITAC), Mr KWONG Ching-wai, JP, gave the welcoming remark, followed by a brief introduction on the revision rationale and content of the Draft and Vocational Qualifications Pathway (VQP) presented by the professional writer. The Qualifications Framework Secretariat had also introduced the application of VQP which facilitated planning the application of VQP in course development, human resource management and Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) mechanism by industry stakeholders.
