The Property Management Industry Training Advisory Committee – Sharing Session on QF and Manpower Development

The Property Management Industry Training Advisory Committee organized the "Sharing Session on QF and Manpower Development" on 16 December 2022. Representatives of the Professional Writer introduced the "Vocational Qualifications Pathway", and representative of two organizations from the industry were invited to share their experiences on application of QF on manpower development from different stakeholders' perspectives in order to promote and encourage the stakeholders to apply QF for HR-related and training purposes. Also, four awardees from "Award Scheme for Learning Experiences" shared the benefits of participating in the Award Scheme. Over 80 representatives of employers, training providers and professional bodies from the industry joined the event.
