Introduction
The Education Bureau assists the Manufacturing Technology industry in the implementation of QF with the aim of encouraging continuing education and lifelong learning among practitioners, thus enhancing the industry’s human capital and competitiveness. Considering the broad scope of the Manufacturing Technology Industry, the implementation of QF is taking place in phases. At present, the focus is on the development and implementation of the QF in three key and closely related branches: Tooling, Metals and Plastics sectors.
