Consultation Session on the draft Vocational Qualifications Pathway for HRM Sector

The Cross-Industry Training Advisory Committee for the HRM Sector and the Qualifications Framework Secretariat jointly organised an industry consultation session on the draft Vocational Qualifications Pathways (VQP) on 6 September 2021. Representatives of the Professional Writer introduced the content of the draft VQP, and the Vice-chairman of the Elderly Care Service Industry Training Advisory Committee, Dr Henry SHIE Wai-hung, shared the experience of application of VQP in residential care setting of elderly care service industry. More than 140 representatives of employers, training providers and human resources management practitioners joined the consultation session online or in person and provided valuable comments on the contents and applications of the draft VQP.
