Seminar on Qualifications Framework for Insurance Industry

The Insurance Industry Training Advisory Committee (ITAC) and Qualifications Framework Secretariat (QFS) jointly organized a seminar on 11 December 2012. The objective of the seminar was to provide an update on QF development in insurance industry, and to explore the way forward for insurance continuing professional development programmes. Among the speakers of the seminar were the Chairman of Insurance ITAC, Chief Executive Officer of Hong Kong Federation of Insurers, representatives from Hong Kong Council for Accreditation of Academic & Vocational Qualifications and QFS. Over 60 industry practitioners attended the event, which was well received with good exchanges of views among the participants.
