Get to know elderly care service industry with QF - Being Senior Friends" Experience-based Interactive Workshops"

The Elderly Care Service Industry Training Advisory Committee and Qualifications Framework Secretariat organised three sessions of "Being Senior Friends" experience-based interactive workshops for secondary school students on 29 May, 5 July and 6 July 2021. Students were given opportunities to experience normal ageing, measure vital signs and use restraints and assistive living devices. In addition, students formed groups and planned activities for the elderly. They were also given to know the major job posts and career prospect of the elderly care service industry. Over 140 students participated in the workshops.
