The Secretary for Education attends Annual Banking Conference

The Secretary for Education, Mr Kevin Yeung, attended the Annual Banking Conference held on 28 September 2020 and officiated at the celebration ceremony on appointment of The Hong Kong Institute of Bankers (HKIB) as professional qualifications assessment agency under HKQF. In his congratulatory remarks, Mr Yeung said the appointment of HKIB would further link up QF-recognised qualifications to the workplace, encourage banking practitioners to pursue learning and upgrading, and attract new blood to join the banking industry.
