Industry Consultation on SCS-based Training Package on Customer Service Delivery in Retail Banking
The draft SCS-based Training Package on Customer Service Delivery in Retail Banking is now ready for industry consultation. The consultation period will start on 1 December 2017 and will end on 31 January 2018. The Banking Industry Training Advisory Committee will conduct a consultation session on 10 January 2018. All education and training providers, including banks offering in-house training, are welcome to provide your views and suggestions by joining the consutlation session.
