Train-the-trainer Session on SCS-based Training Package for Banking Industry

The Banking Industry Training Advisory Committee has completed the development of SCS-based Training Package on Customer Service Delivery for Retail Banking (Training Package). To help industry practitioners and training providers better understand and use the Training Package, the Qualifications Framework Secretariat organised a Train-the-Trainer Session on 25 April 2018 and invited the professional writer to introduce the features, content and application of the Training Package. Around 30 representatives from banks and training providers joined the event and provided good exchange on the usage of the Training Package. Click here to view the Training Package.
