Automotive Industry
Introduction
Automotive Industry covers vehicle sales, vehicle parts sales, and vehicle repair, servicing and testing. Set up in 2005, the Automotive Industry Training Advisory Committee (ITAC) has steered QF implementation in various aspects, including the development of Vocational Qualifications Pathway (VQP), formulation of Specification of Competency Standards (SCS), implementation of Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) mechanism and support stakeholders to apply QF to different areas such as education and training, human resources management and registration system.
