RPL Project jointly organized by HKCIEA, HKIETEA and HKFTU Qualifications Assessment Centre Ltd.

The Hong Kong Chinese Importers' & Exporters' Association (HKCIEA), Hong Kong Import & Export Trade Employees Association (HKIETEA) and HKFTU Qualifications Assessment Centre Ltd. jointly organized an RPL collaboration project to encourage industry practitioners to turn their prior working experience into qualifications, with a view to enhancing the competitiveness of the industry. Under this scheme, practitioners from the Import & Export industry can apply for a level 1-3 RPL qualification via the above-mentioned trade union, with the application fee being pre-paid and subsidized by HKCIEA. A media luncheon was held on 23 January to announce the launch of the scheme which covers the period from February to June 2018.
