Specification of Competency Standards (SCS)-based Training Packages for the Import and Export Industry (Draft) — Industry Consultation (Consultation Period: 22 June to 21 August 2026)

The Import and Export Industry Training Advisory Committee (ITAC) has completed the drafting of the Specification of Competency Standards (SCS)-based Training Packages for "Digital Marketing Officer (Level 3)" and "E-commerce Specialist (Level 4)". The draft training packages are currently undergoing industry consultation to gather stakeholders’ views for further enhancement.

In addition, the Import and Export ITAC will hold the "Empowering SME E-commerce with AI: A Practical Workshop". The workshop will include a 30-minute consultation session aimed at introducing the draft training packages and gathering feedback from the industry feedback. Details of the event are as follows:
