QF Workshop for Import & Export SMEs: Upgrading and Transofrmation with AI and E-commerce

Mr Michael Li, the Convenor of the Import and Export Industry Promotion and Consultation Task Force, Ms Iris Leung, member of IE ITAC, and industry expert Ms Rachel Cheng, held a workshop on artificial intelligence applications for SMEs in the import and export industry at the HKTDC SME Centre. Over 20 industry representatives attended the event.

The instructors shared practical applications of AI tools in SME business operations to enhance business processes and efficiency. The instructors engaged with the participants, gaining insights into their business needs and challenges, and offered practical solutions to enhance their business processes. A representative from the Qualifications Framework Secretariat also shared various QF tools by the IE ITAC to support the e-commerce for SMEs.
